Ref. Order on Criminal Misc. Modification Application No.1 of 2019.
Heard Sri R.K.Mishra, learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned AGA appearing for the State and also perused the record.
The modification application has been moved for modifying the order dated 12.12.2018 passed by this Court.
Sufficient cause has been shown in paragraph no. 4 of the affidavit filed in support of the modification application.
The modification application is allowed and the order dated 12.12.2018 is modified as under:-
"In 3rd to 4th lines of 5th paragraph of the order dated 12.12.2018 the condition mentioned i.e. Two heavy sureties and one should be of a family member is deleted and in its place only two sureties each in the like amount is substituted and the same shall be read as such and rest of the conditions shall remain the same."
Accordingly, the modification application stands disposed off.
