JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner has deliberately not disclosed as to what was the nature of the writ proceedings and as to what order was under challenge in the writ petition no. 19980 of 2006, wherein an order of status quo was passed. Initially the counsel for the petitioner made a statement that the writ petition was in respect of the mutation proceedings. However, subsequently, he turned wise and made a statement that the suit has been filed in the matter of mutation.
In the absence of complete facts with regard to the nature of writ petition wherein, the order of status quo was passed having been disclosed, this court can not record any finding prima facie or otherwise as to whether any contempt has been committed of the order of status quo or not. Contempt Application is dismissed.
