Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.
Present petition has been filed seeking direction to Civil Judge (J.D.) Haveli, Azamgarh to decide Suit No. 2281 of 2016 (Amar Nath vs. Lalji) within stipulated period.
The suit is of the year 2016. I do not find any good ground to issue any such direction as prayed for in the petitioner.
However, the petitioner is at liberty to file an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the case before the court below, which shall be considered by the court below considering the roster of the case.
With the aforesaid observations, present petition stands disposed of.
