1. Heard Sri Om Prakash, Advocate holding brief of Sri Ashok Kumar Gaur, learned counsel for petitioners and learned A.G.A. for respondents.
2. This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution has been filed seeking a writ of certiorari for quashing First Information Report dated 19.08.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 0291 of 2018, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, Police Station Mahila Thana, District Allahabad.
3. Learned counsel for parties informed that charge-sheet has been filed in the matter.
4. In view thereof, since petitioners have now remedy before Court concerned, hence no interference is called for under Article 226 of Constitution of India.
5. Dismissed accordingly. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
