Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The Court finds no ground to issue any peremptory direction for expeditious disposal of the suit for the following reasons.
Although the suit was instituted in 2002, the petitioner moved an application for amendment in that suit which came to be allowed in 2015. The order sheet further reflects that pursuant to the order of 03 January 2020 proceedings have been referred for mediation since the parties belong to the same family.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed at this stage.
