Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A.
from the perusal of the order dated 30.12.2005 passed by learned S.D.M. Dalmau under section 145 Cr.P.C. is not suffering from any illegality. The prayer for quashing the same is refused.
Accordingly this application is dismissed.
