Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
This writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus directing the respondent no.2-Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ghazipur to decide the Revision No. D2015142900934 (Amar Bahadur Singh and others Vs Gaon Sabha and another) within stipulated time.
The contention of learned counsel for the petitioners is that he filed revision on 19.9.2015 against the order of Settlement Officer Consolidation and the said revision has not been decided due to delay tactics adopted by the contesting respondents.
Under these circumstances, direction is issued to respondent no.2-Deputy Director of Consolidation, Ghazipur to decide the Revision No. D2015142900934 (Amar Bahadur Singh and others Vs Gaon Sabha and another) as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
Writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
