Learned Advocate Mr. Hakim for the applicant has contended that during the pendency of criminal trial before the learned Magistrate, Savli, as also in Criminal Appeal before the Sessions Court, the applicant was on bail and thereafter also, after pronouncement of the Judgment in Appeal by the Sessions Court, the bail granted to the applicant has been extended till the hearing of Application by this Court. He has also contended that the fine amount is already paid.
Hence, in view of above, order passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vadodara, granting bail to the applicant is extended till further order.
Direct service is permitted.
