JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition is directed against the non-compliance of the order of this Court passed in Crl.O.P.No.8285 of 2014 dated 30.04.2014, which required the respondent to file final report within a period of six months. C.T.SELVAM, J gm
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the final report has been filed in the matter and the matter stands closed as a mistake of fact. He further submits that Referred Charge Sheet has also been served on the petitioner.
3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that a protest petition is pending consideration before learned Judicial Magistrate V, Vellore.
4. Though there is some delay in complying the order, this Court is unable to see any willful disobedience of the order. Accordingly, the petition shall stand closed. Learned Judicial Magistrate V, Vellore, shall deal with the protest petition on merits. 10.02.2017 gm To
