Sri Sanjay Kumar Srivastava, Advocate filed Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent no.6 as well as affidavit in reply to the petition which is taken on record.
The corpus Amandeep Kaur was produced before the Court by respondent no.6 Gurnam Singh, who is also present before the Court. The corpus was duly identified by learned counsel for respondent no.6 and upon being enquired she stated that she is major aged about 24 years and has completed M.B.A. in 2016. She submits that Ashish Kumar Srivastava was her friend and denies any relationship with him. She also denies the genuineness of the papers relating to the marriage and states that she is willing to live with her father and has not been illegally detained by him. She further submits that she has no concern with petitioner Ashish Kumar Srivastava and is not willing to go with him.
Since the corpus is major, she has liberty to go wherever she wants. The present writ petition is decided and disposed of accordingly The money deposited by petitioner, shall be paid to corpus Amandeep Kaur.
