Heard Sri Narsingh Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri A.R. Chaurasia, learned A.G.A. for the State.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is suffering from paralysis and he has annexed medical documents regarding his treatment which is going on since the year 2015 but from a perusal of the same it does not appear that the petitioner is suffering from paralysis.
Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to file a supplementary affidavit by the next date fixed annexing the certificate from the doctor concerned to that effect.
