Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.G.A. for the State through Video Conferencing.

By means of this petition, petitioners seek issuance of a writ in the nature of certiorari quahsing First Information Report bearing Case Crime No.0152 of 2021, under Sections 3(1) U.P. Gangsters & Anti Social Activities Act, 1986, Police Station Purakalandar, District Ayodhya.

From a bare perusal of the impugned F.I.R, it can not be said that no offence is made out against the petitioners at this stage. Therefore, present petition is dismissed without prejudice to the right of the petitioners to avail other remedies under Section 439 Cr.P.C.
