It is submitted by learned A.G.A. that present anticipatory bail relates to commission of offence under U.P. Gangsters and Anti- Social Activities (Prevention) Act, 1986, and therefore, the same is not maintainable in the light of provisions of Section 438 (6) of the Cr.P.C.
Accordingly, present anticipatory bail is rejected.
