Learned A.G.A. submits that charge-sheet has been filed in the additional Sections against the applicant under S.C./S.T. Act, against which criminal appeal under Section 14-A(2) Scheduled Castes & Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, lies, therefore, bail application cannot be considered without notice to the informant.
This fact is not being disputed by the learned counsel for the applicant.
Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of as withdrawn with the liberty to the applicant to take appropriate remedy under law.
The certified copy of the documents shall be returned to learned counsel for the applicant, if an application is filed before the Registry, after retaining its photostat copy on record.
