Patel made available for perusal xerox copies of statement of Narendrabhai Keshavlal Vyas, Talati-cum-Mantri and also fresh extract of Village Form 8A and Form 7/12 as it was inquired as to why there are two names mentioned in Village Form 7/12. The present application is filed by the convict seeking temporary bail for a period of 60 days for undertaking agricultural operations. The learned APP invited attention of the Court to Jail remarks, wherein the convict has enjoyed temporary bail in the month of May 2012 for 7 days on the occasion of marriage of his nephew. In light of that for the present this application is not entertained. The same is rejected.
