(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through his son seeking temporary bail for a period of four weeks so as to undertake the repairing of the house.
Learned APP invited attention to the jail remarks. Only in the month of March, 2012 the convict has enjoyed temporary bail on the occasion of marriage of his son. Besides, the learned advocate for the applicant made available for perusal the photographs of the residence of the convict. The Court is of the opinion that the ground set out for temporary bail is not convincing. Hence, this application is rejected.
