JUDGMENT / ORDER

Shaffique,J
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader.
2. Petitioner claims to be an authorised retail distributor of ration articles. Though his licence was suspended for quite sometime, according to him, the same was restored and when he attempted to operate the shop, the 5th respondent who is a local Panchayath member, is obstructing to conduct the retail shop. Though he had given a complaint to police as Ext.P15, no action has been taken by the police.
3. Having regard to the nature of order we intend to pass today, no notice is being issued to the 5th respondent.
4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that presently he has the permission to operate the retail distributorship. In fact, there is no reason for anyone to obstruct the conduct of the business.
5. Having regard to the aforesaid submission, we are of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to consider Ext.P15 complaint, make necessary enquiry and do the needful to enable the petitioner to operate his ration shop.
With the above observation, this writ petition is disposed of.
