This writ petition, inter alia, has been filed for the following reliefs;
"i. issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 3 to decide and consider the representation dated 23.03.2019 within the period a stipulated period."
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.
Admittedly, the petitioner is seeking relief against the private respondents No. 4 to 6 who are allegedly trying to stop constructions being raised by the petitioner over the land/property in question. Since the present dispute relates to the landed property between the petitioners and the private parties, it cannot be adjudicated upon by this Court in exercise of its powers conferred under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. However, it is open for the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy before appropriate forum, if so advised, in accordance with law.
