Heard Shri Sundeep Agarwal, learned counsel for the appellant and Shri B.P. Singh Kachhawah, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The appellant has very small children and has been transferred to another district on the ground that she has remained in Allahabad for the last ten years.
However, in view of the special facts that the petitioner's children are very small in age and her husband is stationed at Allahabad High Court, she may file a representation before the authority concerned within next 15 days for reconsideration and the same shall be considered if posts are available at Allahabad or at a nearby district, within next 15 days in accordance with law.
The Special Appeal is accordingly disposed of.
