JUDGMENT / ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to implement Ext.P4 stop memo. According to the petitioner, in spite of stop memo having been issued by the 4th respondent prohibiting all the mining activities, respondent Nos. 8 and 9 are continuing such activities.
2. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.8 and 9 submits that pursuant to Ext.P4 stop memo, all mining activities are stopped. The submission of the learned counsel is recorded. Therefore, the 4th respondent shall ensure that all the mining activities are stopped without obtaining any permission from the District Collector. If party/respondents have all the license and permission to operate mining activities, on being satisfied with such license and permission, the 4th respondent shall lift the prohibition in Ext.P4, which shall be done after hearing the petitioner as well as the party/respondents.
The writ petition is disposed of.
