Hon'ble Pankaj Mithal,J.
Hon'ble Dr. Yogendra Kumar Srivastava,J.
Heard Sri Ashish Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents.
The petitioner is mother-in-law of respondent no.5.
There appears to be a dispute between the two and it is alleged that respondent no.5 has illegally occupied the house of the petitioner and is misbehaving with her.
The petitioner's complaint to the police authorities is stated to have fallen into deaf ears and as such the petitioner claims that the respondent no.5 be restrained from taking possession of the house of the petitioner.
The grievance as narrated by the petitioner in the writ petition is not within the domain of the writ jurisdiction of this Court as it is a private dispute. The proper and effective remedy, if any, of the petitioner is to approach to the authorities concerned in accordance with the provisions of Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 and the rules framed thereunder.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of.
