JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.
2. Though the prayer sought for by the petitioner, in the present writ petition, is for a larger relief, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the petitioner is permitted to make a representation to the respondent, with regard to the admission of 38 students, who have been admitted beyond the cut off date, to be considered for admission, in the academic year 2009-2010, and if the respondent is directed to dispose of the same, on merits, within a specified time.
3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent has no objection for such an order being passed by this Court.
4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing on either side, the petitioner is permitted to make representation to the respondent, within four weeks from today and on receipt of such representation the respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders , on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of with the above directions . No costs. Consequently, connected M.P's are also closed.
