Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits today when the matter was taken up for hearing that according to his information the execution petition itself has been dismissed and there is no purpose in maintaining the Original Petition. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Permission is granted and this Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to pursue such remedies as are available to him under law.
