… Respondent THE HON’BLE SHRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.1533 OF 2003 O R D E R Ms.Poorna Sree, learned counsel representing Sri Vedula Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that notwithstanding their best efforts, they could not contact their client. The matter pertains to the year 2003 and despite this Court granting time on 27.08.2014 to enable the learned counsel to obtain instructions as to the present status, there seems to have been no progress in that regard.
As the learned counsel states that she is unable to contact the petitioner, this Court permits the learned counsel to retire from the brief.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Interim order dated 27.01.2003 shall stand vacated. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
