Exts.P1, P1(a) and P1(b) are the penalty orders passed against the petitioner for the years 2009-10, 2010-11 and 2011-12. Against these orders, petitioner filed Exts.P2, P2(a) and P2(b) revisions, which are accompanied by Exts.P3, P3(a) and P3(b) delay petitions to condone the delay in filing revisions and also Ext.P4, P4(a) and P4(b) stay petitions before the 2nd respondent. Revisions and stay petitions are stated to be pending before the 2nd respondent. 2. In the above circumstances, it is deemed fit that the appellate authority, the 2nd respondent, be directed to consider and dispose of Ext.P4, P4(a) and P4(b) stay petitions and Exts.P3, P3(a) and P3(b) delay petitions WP(C).15078/14 2 together, within a period of one month from today. It is also directed that in the meanwhile, coercive proceedings pursuant to Exts.P1, P1(a) and P1(b) shall be kept in abeyance until such orders are passed, which orders shall determine the matter thereafter.
Writ petition disposed of.
