Heard Mr.Prachchhak, learned advocate for the applicant. It is submitted that the matter was referred to Mediation Centre, but as per the report dated 26.8.2011, the respondent did not appear before the Mediation Centre and, therefore, no possibility could have been explored about some amicable settlement. It is further submitted that, thereafter, even the learned counsel representing the respondents have chosen to remain absent. It is reported that he has filed leave note today. In the interest of justice, the matter is adjourned to 27.1.2012.
