At the very inception the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the present writ petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a better petition.
The learned A.G.A. has no objection to the prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioners.
In view of the above, the writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn leaving it open to them to rake up their grievance again.
