JUDGMENT / ORDER

1.Challenge in the present Writ Petition is laid to the order dated 28.09.2015.
1.1. The issue raised in the Writ Petition, I am told by the learned counsel for the petitioner, is covered by the decision rendered on 06.02.2017 in W.P.No.7969 of 2014.
2. This position is affirmed by Mr.Kanmani Annamalai.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner draws my attention to the impugned order, which is demonstrative of the fact that the respondent had reversed ITC in the sum amounting to Rs.2,55,61,500/-.
4. Accordingly, the impugned order is set aside. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
