JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) The dispute in the suit itself stands resolved amongst the parties and the common Memorandum of Compromise filed has been taken on record in the suit, though filed both in the appeals and in the suit.
2. The appeals, accordingly, stand disposed of in terms of the common Memorandum of Compromise, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
