(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE AKIL KURESHI) In response to the notice issued, learned AGP appeared for the opponents.
The applicant complains of non-implementation of the order dated 19.11.10 passed by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.8694 of 2002. Learned AGP pointed out that against the order of the learned Single Judge, State Authorities preferred Letters Patent Appeal before the Division Bench being LPA No.1708/11 in which notice was issued and interim stay was granted till disposal of the appeal. Subsequently, LPA came to be admitted on 6.2.12.
In view of the above developments, at this stage, there is no question of any contempt on the part of the opponents. The contempt application is therefore disposed of. Notice is discharged.
