JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Mr.Shakti Jadeja, learned advocate for Mr.S.P. Majmudar, learned advocate for the petitioners. It is submitted by him that petitioner No.1 is residing in his residential premises for the last 15 years and petitioners Nos.2 and 3 are residing in their residential premises for the last 5 years. It is submitted that vide order/notice dated 13.01.2012, the respondent-Corporation has directed the petitioners to vacate their plots, within a period of 15 days for the construction of road, as the road is proposed to be constructed. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioners that the representation made by them has been rejected by the impugned order dated 06.02.2012. It is submitted, upon instructions from the petitioners, that the respondent-Corporation has come to the premises of the petitioners this morning for demolishing.
Issue Notice, returnable on 28.06.2012.
The implementation, execution and operation of the impugned order/notice dated 13.01.2012, shall remain stayed till then.
In addition to the normal mode of service, Direct Service is also permitted.
