The complaint impugned discloses the offences alleged in the context of the allegations levelled and whether on the date of registration of FIR whether the complainant had submitted any application before the learned Magistrate. Even some incorrect narration in the FIR would not motivate this Court to exercise powers under Section 482 of the Code and this complaint requires investigation.
