1. Learned advocate for the petitioner has requested for permission to delete respondent No.5.
2. On the condition that the petitioner will not seek any relief and/or direction against the said respondent and if, at later stage, any relief is granted and/or any order is passed in present petition, the said order or relief will not be pressed in service against the said respondent No.5, the request as prayed for is granted.
3. At the request of the learned advocate for the petitioner, subject to the aforesaid clarification, leave to amend is granted and respondent No.5 is permitted to be deleted.
