(C.M. Application No. 2 of 2018) The writ petition has already been decided by this Court vide its order dated 10.7.2018, and therefore, the present amendment application is not maintainable. However, in the representation referred in the order dated 10.7.2018, the petitioner shall have the liberty to bring to the notice of the concerned Assistant Collector about any encroachments made over Gaon Sabha plots either by the presently recorded respondent No. 9 in the writ petition or Shri Jai Shankar pandey i.e., the villager proposed to be replaced by respondent No. 9 or any other villager.
With the aforesaid observation, the amendment application is dismissed.
