Heard learned counsel, Mr.Kharadi with learned counsel, Mr.Malik for the applicant and learned counsel, Mr.Dhirendra Mehta for the respondent.

The matter is adjourned to 23 rd April, 2012 in view of the affidavit-in-reply filed by the respondent Learned counsel, Mr.Mehta has also stated that for visitation right on 21st April, 2012, he would also bear in mind and exercise his right consciously as stated in the affidavit in reply.
