The sole relief claimed in the instant petition is for issuing a direction to the Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Allahabad, before which Original Suit No. 29/2018 is pending at the behest of the petitioners, to decide the same, within a specified time frame.
This Court finds that the suit in question was instituted against Monica Yadav, Akash Yadav, Arpit Yadav, Anuj Yadav and Anshuman Yadav, but out of whom only Monica Yadav has been arrayed as a party to the instant petition. The petitioner has impleaded State of U.P. as respondent No. 1, District Magistrate as respondent No. 2. He has also impleaded M/s. Raj Constructions, Allahabad as respondent No. 4. None of them were parties to the suit.
Apart from the above irregularities, even otherwise, this Court is not inclined to issue any direction in a suit recently instituted in the year 2018.
The petition is accordingly dismissed.
