Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.C. Upadhyay, the learned Brief Holder for the State-respondents.
Learned Brief Holder appearing for the fourth respondent states that subject to verification of all facts and all contentions on merits being left open, the claim of the petitioner for promotion to a Class-III post in terms of the prevalent statutory rules and government orders, shall be duly attended to and disposed of by the said respondent in accordance with law and preferably within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
Accordingly and without going into the merits or otherwise of the claim of the petitioner, this petition shall stand disposed of in light of the statement, which is noted and recorded above.
