The instant contempt petition has been filed for flouting the order dated 07.01.2020 passed in Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 40289 of 2019, for deciding Arbitration Case No. 02083 of 2018, expeditiously.
Having gone through the record, I do not find that there is any wilful or deliberate disobedience on the part of the opposite party in complying the order of this Court.
In view thereof, petition is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
