JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Yogendra Kumar Sangal,J.
Learned Government Advocate has accepted notice on behalf of opposite parties no. 1 to 3. Mohd. Usman Gani Khan learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of opposite party no. 4.
Four weeks' time is allowed to file counter affidavit, two weeks for rejoinder affidavit. List thereafter.
Till next date of listing, petitioner shall not be arrested in Case Crime No.385 of 2010 under Sections 406,467,471,447,506 I.P.C. at Police Station Hazratganj district Lucknow.
This order shall not preclude the competent authority from passing appropriate orders with regard to land in question which shall be subject to further order passed by this Court.
