JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioners are four in number. They have preferred this writ petition for quashing of the advertisement dated 02.01.2016.
The petitioners by way of supplementary affidavit, have brought on record a Government Order dated 18.03.2016 whereby a direction has been issued to the respondent no.2 to cancel the recruitment process initiated by him.
Matter needs consideration.
Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted ten days time to seek instruction/ file short counter affidavit.
List this case on 18.04.2016 among top ten cases.
Till the next date of listing, no appointment letter shall be issued without leave of the Court.
