Censure entry has been awarded against the petitioner on 2.6.2015, which is assailed in this petition.
Absolutely, no reasons have been disclosed for filing of the writ petition after expiry of more than four years of passing of the order awarding censure entry to the petitioner. The explanation submitted in para-15 of the writ petition that delay is not deliberate or intentional is too bald an averment to be accepted by the Writ Court.
Writ petition, therefore, is dismissed on account of unexplained latches.
