1. The petitioner is working as Assistant Teacher in Primary School, Pikaura, District-Siddharth Nagar. It has been alleged in the present writ petition that the petitioner is suffering from several diseases relating to pancreas, bladder and liver and due to aforesaid diseases, the petitioner is suffering hardship in attending the Institution at Siddharth Nagar and has therefore made a representation dated 15.11.2017 to the District Basis Education Officer, Siddharth Nagar i.e. respondent No. 2 for transfer from Siddharth Nagar to some other place and has also given his options in relation to the places of proposed posting. The said representation is still pending before respondent No. 2-District Basis Education Officer, Siddharth Nagar.
2. The respondent No. 2-District Basis Education Officer, Siddharth Nagar is directed to decide the representation dated 15.11.2017 submitted by the petitioner expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is submitted before him. It is clarified that respondent No. 2 shall decide the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law and shall not be bound by any observations made in the present judgement.
3. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition is disposed of.
