Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
Present petition has been filed with a prayer that the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar to decide applications dated 7.2.2019 and 6.5.2019 of the petitioner filed in Misc. Case No. 8 of 2019 (Alok Kumar Srivastava vs. Kriti Srivastava) within stipulated period.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is finally disposed of with the direction to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Gautam Budh Nagar to expedite the hearing of the aforesaid applications and decide the same, in accordance with law, expeditiously by the next date or preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him provided there is no other legal impediment.
The petitioner is at liberty to press the aforesaid applications on the next date.
With the aforesaid observations/ directions, the present petition is finally disposed of.
