Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents.
The petitioners claim that they were selected on Class-IV Post in Rashtriya Inter College, Sirsi Baraiyipur, Jaunpur in April, 2019 after the procedure prescribed and pursuant to advertisement published in two Newspapers.
It is submitted that the papers have been forwarded to the District Inspector of Schools for getting sanction from the Director of Education, but no action has been taken so far.
The writ petition is disposed of with the direction that in case the selection of the petitioners has been made in accordance with the procedure prescribed after due publication in two Newspapers and there is no other legal impediment, the DIOS may consider the claim of the petitioners and do the needful, in accordance with law, as far as possible, within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before the authority concerned and if required, forward the papers to the Director of Education for approval.
