The instant petition seeks for a direction upon the Family Court, Allahabad to decide Matrimonial Case No.1357 of 2016, under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, within a stipulated period.
Considering that the matrimonial cases are to be decided expeditiously, this petition is disposed of by providing that in absence of any legal impediment, the Family Court shall endeavour to bring the proceeding to its logical conclusion, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
