JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that an application for short term bail has also been moved, but the same has not been listed today.
Office is directed to list the bail application again alongwith Criminal Misc. Case No. 15870 (B)/2014.
Office is also directed to call for the report from the Superintendent of Jail, District Jail, Lucknow with regard to the ailment of the applicant, if any. The Superintendent of Jail, District Jail, Lucknow is directed to furnish the report to this Court within 10 days.
List after the receipt of the report from the Superintendent of Jail, District Jail-Lucknow.
