Learned counsel for the applicant states that after filing of the bail application, an application for short term bail has also been moved on behalf of the applicant, however, the same has not been listed today.
Office is directed to list the application for short term bail alongwith the instant bail application and list both the applications in the next cause list. Meanwhile, State may also file counter affidavit.
