This Criminal Petition is filed to quash FIR in Crime No. 562 of 2012 of Rajendranagar Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district, for alleged offences under section 447, 383, 427 and 506 of IPC.
2. Heard both sides.
3. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that Police completed investigation and referred the case as “action dropped” and filed final report before VIII-Metropolitan Magistrate, Rajendranagar, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district.
4. Considering the submission of learned Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed, as infructuous, as the Police referred the case as “action dropped”.
5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
