In view of the grievance made by Mr. Tirmizi, learned advocate for the petitioners, Mr. Qureshi, learned advocate for the respondent Nos.3 to 7, has supplied one more copy of the video recording of the meeting held on 15.7.2011.
Mr.
Tirmizi, learned advocate for the petitioners, has after receiving the video recording of the meeting held on 15.7.2011, requested for time to file affidavit.
Mr.
Qureshi, learned advocate for the respondent Nos.3 to 7, has opposed the request.
However, considering the fact that copy of the video recording has been supplied to the petitioners today and the fact that any order of interim relief is not operating against the respondents, time as requested for is granted.
