Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.
This writ petition is thoroughly premature, as the petitioners made a representation only on 6.9.2014 and expect the Chief Minister to act on it immediately. Alleging inaction, they filed the present writ petition within a week. There is total lack of inaction, hence this writ petition is not maintainable and it is accordingly dismissed along with Miscellaneous applications, if any. No costs.
